1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We offer international shipping to select countries worldwide.

  • Duties & Customs Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Korea Gulf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at abdessattar494@gmail.com with your name and order number.
